Jewelake Investment – Gas Handling Guidelines & Safety Precautions

  • Keep Cylinders Upright: Always store and use your gas cylinder in an upright position to ensure safe and proper flow.

  • Use in Ventilated Areas: Install your cylinder in an open or well-ventilated space, away from heat or flames.

  • Check for Leaks: Regularly check for gas leaks using soapy water—never use a flame. If you see bubbles, turn off the valve and call us immediately.

  • Switch Off When Not in Use: Always close the gas valve and regulator when not in use or when leaving your premises.

  • Use Approved Accessories Only: Always use certified regulators, hoses, and fittings provided or recommended by Jewelake Investments.

  • Keep Out of Children’s Reach: Store gas cylinders safely away from children and pets.

  • Avoid Tampering or Illegal Refills: Do not tamper with the cylinder or refill it from unauthorized sources. Use only sealed cylinders supplied by Jewelake Investment.

  • In Case of a Leak:

    • Turn off the gas immediately.

    • Ventilate the room.

    • Avoid using electrical switches.

    • Call Jewelake Investment or emergency services right away.

  • Do not use water to try to extinguish LPG flame. Use dry sand instead.

Return Policy

One month warranty on all Accessories upon production of our official receipt.

Gas returns must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted for gas cylinders that are defective or have leakages, or if the product is faulty. Official receipt must be produced.
